Emily Faris
Emily Faris is a Swedish-American multi-hyphenate based in Los Angeles. She holds a BFA in Acting from CalArts, where she discovered her passion for creating original work. In '17, Emily wrote, co-produced, and starred in her first short film, the semi-autobiographical, KÄRA DOTTER (‘20), with her collaborator Mia Fraboni. This set the groundwork for their co-directorial debut, DIRTY GIRL ('23), which premiered at Torino Film Festival ’24. Other credits include: MERINGUE (LA Shorts ’20), A SAFE GUIDE TO DYING (Tribeca ’20), and Swedish feature film UPPSALAKIDNAPPNINGEN (‘18).
